Connect a receipt printer for invoices and KOTs, and choose the paper width.
The Thermal Printer Settings tab is under Shop › Settings. It is used only when an invoice or KOT is set to the Thermal Printer template. Select Save Settings after any change.

The printer is used only for documents set to it.
Go to Shop › Settings › Tax Settings.
Set invoice Template to Thermal Printer, KOT Template to Thermal Printer, or both.
Select Save Settings, then print the Invoice or KOT of any accepted order.
What you see after printing:

| Print Request send | The receipt was handed to the printer connection |
| "Connection Failed :" and a reason | The printer could not be reached. Check the type and the descriptor |
