Where to find itDeliveryCOD remittances
Before you start
Courier shipping must be on for your shop (turn on Courier shipping under Shop › Features, or ask support if that page says to contact support). The menu item shows once you ship by courier and accept cash or card on delivery, or once a remittance exists.
Needs
Turn it on in Shop › Features (ask support if you do not see it)
Who can use this
Shop owner, Shop Manager
When a courier delivers a cash on delivery parcel, the courier holds the cash and pays it to you later, usually in batches and minus its fees. That payment is a remittance. Delivery › COD remittances keeps track of what is still owed and what has been paid. Managers find it under Shipping › COD remittances.
Awaiting remittance
A parcel is awaiting remittance when it is delivered, had cash to collect, and is not linked to a payout. Return pickups never count.
The tiles show the total awaiting, then the same amount split by days since delivery: 0–7 days, 8–15 days, 16–30 days and 30+ days.
Awaiting remittance by courier repeats the split for each courier. Parcels at the end of a row opens the Shipments list filtered to that courier's awaiting parcels.
Parcels awaiting remittance opens the same list for all couriers.
Payouts received

Automatically
You ship with Shiprocket
Automatic recording for Shiprocket
Once a day the platform asks Shiprocket about your delivered COD parcels that are still awaiting, delivered within the last 120 days. When Shiprocket reports a UTR for a parcel, a payout with that reference is created, or the parcel is added to the payout that already has it. These payouts show Courier API as their source.
Shiprocket reports no fees this way, so the amounts are the parcels' COD with no deductions. An import skips parcels that are already linked, so to record the exact fees, undo the automatic payout and import the Shiprocket report before the next daily check. Delhivery, Aramex, DHL Express and other couriers are recorded by hand or by import.
COD and your platform earnings
Cash collected by a courier never passes through the platform. For a courier-delivered order, your platform earnings cover only the part paid online or by wallet. See Courier delivery rules.
