See the cash on delivery your drivers are holding and record it when they hand it over.
When an agent delivers a cash on delivery order, the amount the customer pays is added to the cash that agent holds for you. Card and online payments are not. This page fills up by itself.
Report opens the delivery collection report. Agents opens the agents list.
Compare what the agent gives you with the amount shown and with the cash orders listed.
Select Collect cash on the agent's row.
Choose The full amount or Part of it. For a part, enter Amount received. The dialog shows how much stays with the agent.
The agent sees the Note.
Select Collect with the amount. The page confirms with "Amount Collected". The agent's balance goes down, the collection is logged, and the agent gets a confirmation in the delivery app.
If you enter more than the agent holds, the dialog warns "That is more than they hold. Only :amount will be recorded."
Select History on an agent's row, or Cash collected on the agents list. The Collection Logs page lists each collection with the amount, date and message. Select a collection to open Details with the agent's name, e-mail and phone.
