Which orders a picker sees, how they are grouped and counted, and how a picker takes one.
The Picker app groups orders by where they are in the picking flow. This page describes what each group holds, so you know what your pickers are looking at. The app's own screens are not shown here.

A picker never sees another picker's picked, confirmed or cancelled orders.
The app shows a count for the new, picked, confirmed and cancelled groups. Inside the first three, the count is also split:
Delivered orders are listed but not counted.
The picker can search by order ID, narrow a group to express delivery, self pickup or modified orders, and sort by order date, last update, last change or delivery slot.
Opening an order shows the customer's name and phone, the delivery address, the delivery slot or express and self-pickup marking, the order comment, the payment method and totals, and every product with its ordered and picked quantity. When substitution is on for your shop, it also shows the customer's choice for unavailable items and the substitutes saved for each line.
The picker opens a new order and takes it. The status becomes Picked by Picker and the order belongs to that picker: it leaves everyone else's new list. Only the picker who took an order can pick its items, change it, cancel it or send it on.
An order can be taken only while it is in Order Placed.
