Connect Delhivery

Link your own Delhivery account with its API token so you can book, label, track and cancel Delhivery parcels from your orders.

Before you start

Shipping must be enabled for your shop, and you need a direct Delhivery account with an API token and a registered warehouse. Turn on Courier shipping in Shop › Features. If you do not see it there, ask support.

This connects a direct Delhivery account (India), not Delhivery through an aggregator.

Get these from Delhivery first

The screens are Delhivery's own; the form's help text names where to look.

The live API token, from the API setup page of Delhivery One. A staging token comes from your Delhivery account manager and works only with the staging environment.
A pickup location: your warehouse as registered with Delhivery. Note its name exactly, including capitals and spaces, and its pincode.

Connect

Open the form
Go to Delivery › Couriers, select Add courier and choose Delhivery.

Fill the fields

Name	Your own label for this account
API token	Required. Each Delhivery account and each environment has its own token
Environment	Live (track.delhivery.com) or Staging / test (staging-express.delhivery.com). Staging shows 0 charges and moves no real parcels
Pickup location (warehouse name)	Required. Exactly as registered with Delhivery
Pickup pincode	Required, 6 digits. The warehouse's pincode
Shipping mode	Surface, Express (air) or Both (choose per parcel). Only modes on your Delhivery contract. With Both, a booking without a choice goes Surface
Label size	4 x 6 in (thermal) or A4
Pickup time (HH:MM)	Used when you tick Schedule the courier pickup while booking. Not needed if Delhivery has auto-pickup on for you
Client name (optional)	Only if Delhivery asked you to send it, exactly as registered
Seller GSTIN (optional)	Sent on every shipment. Not needed if Delhivery already has your GST details

Save and test
Set the shared options described in Couriers, select Add courier, then Test connection. A pass reads "Connected: Delhivery (Live) accepted the API token." or the same with "(Staging)", and says whether pickups are available at your pincode.

Set up the status webhook

Delhivery sets up its status push for your account on request.

On the saved account, find the Status webhook card. Copy Webhook URL, then select Generate token and copy the Token at once.
Ask Delhivery to push scans to that URL with your token in a header.

Until Delhivery enables it, statuses are checked every 30 minutes.

Troubleshooting

"Delhivery rejected the API token … (HTTP 401)." The token is wrong, or belongs to the other environment. Match Environment to the token.
"The delhivery courier account … is not configured: pickup pincode (6 digits) must be set." Enter a 6-digit Pickup pincode.
"Warning: Delhivery does not offer pickups at pincode …" Check the pincode with Delhivery.
"The courier could not be reached (HTTP 403). Try again in a few minutes." Delhivery is limiting requests for the moment. Wait, then test again.
A booking is refused over the pickup location. The name must match Delhivery's exactly, including capitals and spaces.
