Pick your first plan, move to a higher one, or switch from monthly to annual billing.
The Plans card lists every plan you can buy now, priced in your account's currency. Only the shop owner gets the buttons.
Go to Shop › Plan & billing and scroll to Plans. The card is titled Choose a plan, or Upgrade your plan with a running plan or trial.
Each card shows the plan name, a tagline, the price and a list of features. Higher plans start with "Everything in" the plan below, "plus". A long list folds under a button that counts the hidden lines; Show less folds them again.
The muted line at the bottom gives the counts: products, staff accounts, delivery zones and locations.
A tag marks Current plan, Your plan, billed annually, On free trial or Most popular.
On an upgrade the card shows "Pay today:" with the amount, after any credit for your unused time. A free trial earns no credit.
A dialog shows the price and asks how you want to pay. Continue with Pay and pending payments.

A paying shop is not offered lower plans.
The dialog lists add-ons the new plan does not allow under "These add-ons will be removed (no refund):". One the new plan already includes is marked as included. If asked, tick I understand these add-ons will be removed to continue.

Enterprise is not sold on the page. Contact us in the Enterprise box under the plan cards starts an e-mail to the team.
