The picker's lists in a browser, what a picker can and cannot do there, and when to use the app instead.
A picker can work without the app. Signing in to the panel in a browser with the same login opens the picker's own lists.
Picked Orders sits between New Orders and Confirmed Orders in the top navigation bar. They are the same groups as in the app.
The lists, their filters and the refusal messages are described in Pickers. Marking products by hand, by scanner or by camera on the order page is described in Pick an order on the order page.

The web panel has no control for a picker to send a picked order on. What happens after the last product is picked depends on Enable Send To Delivery in Picker Settings:
The three lists appear in the top bar only for a login with the Picker role, once your shop is approved. On the order page, Pick Order and the picking controls are shown to pickers only. See Staff roles.
