Four small upload tools that change one thing on many products, matched by barcode.
The Update by barcode group of the Actions menu holds six tools that each take a short CSV file. This page covers four of them: Prices, Images, External ID and Translations. Enable products and Barcodes are in Barcode clean-up tools. They all work the same way: download the sample, fill it in, upload it, and the update runs in the background. Each page lists its Past runs.
The group is hidden on the free package.
Actions › Prices. Changes the selling price, for example from a supplier's price list. Up to 50,000 rows; barcodes that are not in your shop are skipped. Every product with that barcode gets the new price.

Actions › Images. Replaces the main image of each matching product. The first two columns must be barcode and image, in that order.

Actions › External ID. Links products to the codes of another system, such as your POS or ERP. The first row must be exactly id,barcode,external_id.

The switch Match by barcode decides how rows are matched. Off: by product ID. On: by barcode, handy when the IDs are not in your file.
Actions › Translations. Adds names, descriptions and unit labels in another language. Choose the Language first; one file is one language. The first column must be barcode. The English texts are not changed.

If the page says No other language is turned on, your shop only uses English. Extra languages are enabled for your shop by support.
