Location delivery radius, integrations and courier pickup

The last card of the location form - the delivery radius, the references other systems use for this location, and where couriers collect parcels.

Before you start

Part of Locations & stock, which is shown when stock tracking is on or your shop has more than one location. The card is on every location's form, including your default location. Turn on Stock tracking in Shop › Features. If you do not see it there, ask support.

The Delivery and integrations card is the last card of the location form. Open it with Edit on a location card. Every field is optional.

Delivery radius and references

Field	What it does
1. Delivery radius (km)	Used when the location delivers by distance around its pin. You switch that on under Around its pin on the location's areas page: see Areas served by a location
2. ERP / webhook reference	The branch or warehouse ID your ERP sends as `branch_id` in the stock-update webhook, so the update reaches this location's stock
3. ERPNext branch	The name of this branch in ERPNext
4. Google store code	The store code of this location in your Google Business Profile, exactly as it is there. With Google local inventory switched on, Google shows nearby shoppers whether products are in stock here. Empty keeps this location out

The reference and the Google store code must each be unique among your locations.

Where couriers collect parcels from this location. Leave the fields empty to use your courier account's pickup address.

Save
