What the coloured line above your panel means, who can act on it, and what an ended or suspended plan does.
When your billing needs attention, one line appears above every panel page. It says what is wrong and links to the fix. Shops that are not linked to billing never see it.
The banner is not shown on Plan & billing itself, because the page says the same thing.

Where your platform enforces billing, the last two are longer: "Your plan has ended, so the panel is read-only and your store is not taking new orders." and "This account is suspended and your store is closed. Please contact support."

For overdue and ended plans, staff also read "The shop owner can sort this out.", with the owner's name.
Your plan stays fully active until the date in the banner. Pay the open invoice before then: select Renew now, then Pay now. See Invoices and payments.
Whether an ended plan restricts your shop depends on how your platform runs billing. The banner tells you: if it says the panel is read-only, the rules below apply.
Choose a plan under Plans to switch everything back on. Nothing is deleted while the plan is ended. See Choose or upgrade a plan.
Contact support. No plan can be chosen while the account is suspended; Plan & billing shows "This account is suspended, so billing is read-only."
Where billing is enforced, the owner can read the panel but not change it, and staff are signed out with "This shop is suspended. Please contact the shop owner."
