Print the invoice, the packing slip and the kitchen order ticket of an order, and find its credit notes.
Three documents can be printed for an order. Each has its own button in Actions on the order page.

The KOT lists what to prepare or pick, without the full invoice details.
Select KOT on the order card or the order page. The print dialog opens.
Choose your printer and print.
With Sort KOT Items by Category on in Order Settings, products of the same category are grouped together.
An order gets its invoice number when it is accepted. The number shows as Invoice in the order facts.
On the order page, select Invoice.
The invoice opens in the layout chosen in invoice Template, under Shop › Settings › Tax Settings. Print it from your browser.

Select Packing Slip on the order page and print it from your browser. For a gift order, prices are left off the slip when the gift is set to hide them. See Gift orders.
A credit note is issued for a refunded return, not from the order's own buttons. On the order page, the Returns card lists the order's returns; Credit note beside a refunded return opens the printable credit note. See Refund a return.
