Shop owner

Each agent has a wallet with your shop. The wallet page shows its balance and every change made to it.

Transactions lists every change, newest first.

Change the balance

Open the wallet
Go to Delivery › Delivery Guys and select Wallet on the agent's row. Only the shop owner sees this button.
Choose add or subtract
Select Add Amount or Subtract Amount.
Enter the amount and a message
Fill in Add Money: or Substract Money: with the amount in your currency, and a short Message:. Both are required.
Save
Select Update Balance. The page confirms with "Transactions Updated".

You cannot subtract more than the balance. The page answers "Subtract amount is less that the user balance amount."
The wallet is separate from cash on delivery the agent is holding. That cash is tracked under Collections.
