Send a notification to delivery agents

Push a message to one driver or the whole team in the delivery app.

Before you start

You deliver with your own drivers and have at least one active agent.

Who can use this

Shop owner, Delivery Guy Manager

Use a notification for shift changes, reminders or anything the team should see straight away.

Open the page
Go to Delivery › Delivery Guys and select Send Notification.
Choose who gets it
1. Under Send to, tick the agents. Select all ticks everyone, and Search agents by name filters the list. Only active agents are listed.
Write the message
1. Fill in Title and Message.
Add an image (optional)
1. Drag an image in or browse for one: JPG, PNG or GIF, up to 5 MB.
Check the preview and send
1. The Preview shows the notification as the agent sees it and how many agents it goes to. Select SEND and confirm "Send this notification now?" with Send.

Messages you may see

Message	Meaning
"Notifications & Alerts Sent"	The notification went out
"Choose at least one of your delivery agents."	No agent was ticked
"You have no active delivery agents. Only active agents can receive notifications."	Add or enable an agent first
"Please choose a JPG, PNG or GIF image."	The image type is not accepted
