See how long each step of an order took, and who changed what on it.
Two cards near the bottom of the order page tell the order's story. Status timeline measures time. Activity records people and changes.
Everyone who can open the order sees this card.
| Part | Shows |
|---|---|
| The chip reading "… for …" | In the heading of an open order: its current status and how long the order has been in it |
| Slower than usual | At least one step took twice your shop's usual time |
| Time to accept, Picking, Ready to dispatch, On the road, Order to door | Key durations, each compared with your usual time. Only those that apply to the order are shown |
| Time per step | Every status the order passed through, when, how long after the previous one, and who did it and from which app |
| Slowest and Now tags | The longest step, and the current one |
| Courier tag | A step reported by the courier |
"Usual" is your shop's median over its delivered orders of the last 30 days.
