Choose which delivery areas and shipping zones each location delivers to, and which location is tried first.
A location's areas tell order routing which addresses it can deliver to. An address no location serves goes to your default location.
On Catalogue › Locations & stock, select Areas on an active location's card. The page is titled with the location's name.
The line appears only when the location has a map pin and a Delivery radius (km). Without them the page says "Give this location a map pin and a delivery radius (Edit) to deliver by distance."
The Delivery areas table lists the areas you have drawn for your shop; the Shipping zones table lists your courier zones.
Tick Serves on each area or zone this location delivers to.
Set its Priority, from 0 to 999.
Also served by names the other locations that serve the same area.
Select Save areas.
When several locations serve the same area, the one with the lower priority number is tried first. With the routing choice By priority, the area priority is compared first, then the location's own Priority.
Saving is refused with: "Per-location delivery zones and order routing are not included in your plan: delivery orders go to your default location, and pickup orders to the store the customer chose. Upgrade your plan (Plan & billing) to use them." Areas you saved earlier are kept.
