Which order messages go out by push, SMS, WhatsApp and e-mail, and the switch behind each one.
Your shop can reach customers on four channels: app push, SMS, WhatsApp and e-mail. Each channel has its own set-up, and nothing is sent on a channel that is not set up.

Every message here goes to the customer who placed the order. A tick means it is sent; the name is the switch or message behind it.

Read the table with these rules:
Sales made at the point of sale get no "delivered" SMS or e-mail. Demo orders send no push, SMS, e-mail or WhatsApp message.
A refund on its own sends no message. A refund made through a return does: see Other messages customers receive.
