The limited product screen for junior staff - prices, stock and codes only.
A team member with the Junior Product Manager role keeps prices and stock up to date without being able to change what a product is. Their menu has three items: Products, Import Products and Export Products.
A junior sees the list, search and filters. The tick boxes, bulk actions, Add New, Categories, the Actions menu, disable and Delete are not shown. Each card only has edit.
A blue note reads Junior Product Manager Access: "You can only update the fields below. Other product details are read-only."
Product Details, marked Read Only. Image, name, description, category, subcategories, unit, slug and type.

Select Update to save.
The inventory group appears only when stock tracking is on. For a product with variants, the price and stock are on the Variants tab, where a junior can change the same kinds of fields but cannot generate or delete variants.
external_id, batch_id, barcode, old_price, price, stock_status, enable_stock, stock_quantity, stock_alert_quantity, max_order_quantity, is_offer, is_active, offer_starts_at and offer_ends_at. Other columns in the file are ignored, and rows that match no product are skipped.To give someone this role, add them to your team with the Junior Product Manager role.
