Choose how orders reach customers, then set your delivery area, charges and opening hours.

Choose how orders reach customers, then set your delivery area, charges and opening hours.
Pick the way most of your orders go out. You can add the other ways later. A new shop starts with local delivery off; this step is where you switch it on.
| Mode | What your shop does |
|---|---|
| Local delivery | Your own riders deliver around the shop, within a radius |
| Ship by courier | Orders are packed and sent by a courier. Local delivery stays off |
| Both | Your riders deliver inside the radius, with the local charge. Every other address is shipped by courier |
| Pickup only | Customers collect from the shop. No delivery. This is the line under the cards |
Ship by courier and Both are shown only when your platform allows courier shipping.
Menus follow your choice. Driver, delivery collection and express delivery screens appear only when local delivery is on.
If your shop has no map pin yet, a map titled Where is your shop? appears here. Local delivery and pickup measure distance from the pin. Courier-only stores can leave it.
Shown for Local delivery and Both.
You can also tick Customers may also collect from the shop and Offer express delivery.
Shown for Ship by courier and Both. Choose Where do you ship?, a Flat rate for your country, and optionally Free shipping over. Set the weight and size units and a Default product weight.
